Need help with title of old 80's movie?

I watched this when I was young and I can only remember two major
scenes:

Background:
Unusual family, similar to the Adams Family moves into a house that
they are realizing is haunted. Strange things start happening. This
movie is similar to Betelgeuse scary.

Scene 1: Blonde hair daughter is taking a bubble bath and a green
lizard looking monster comes out of the tub drain and scares her.

Scene 2: Family is sitting at the kitchen table and there is a cup of
black coffee with fake eyes balls floating in the coffee.

Anyone know what movie this was?
