WW2 british wr film made late 1970 early 1980s?

hi what is this film called. I can only describe some scenes
1. Houses get bombed and small boys go round stealing stuff from them
they are in a gang
2. They catch couples Sha**ing and throw stones at them
3. A German Para lands near a veg plot and get captures by the local
bobby and flirts with a girl, then she gets a clip round the ear from
her mother
4. family get evac to grand parent houses and young boy forced to go
fishing
5. German bomber plane drops bomb and kills fish so boy can that fish
home to grand father
6. German bomber crash in to school roof so boy has to go home with
grand father laughing all the way home
